i think for a rotary a wet kit is better. so it adds fuel along with the NOS so it doesnt blow as easy.

Find a shop that sells medical grade nitrous (mopac in BC does ), install a dry fogger with a 200 jet into the HVAC system, and it sure as hell does.

So does a 10 sec car really take over 30 sec to make a 1/4 mile pass?

Did 'Jr' hit his NAWS too early, and should have waited????

I need to know!

i actually like to run the jet just after the intercooler (if fmic), wet of course. we run up to 150shot on our evo's.

don't be scared of the squeeze... it's fun stuff

The two go together very well. Boost causes Intake temps to rise... nitrous makes them drop to prevent detonation.
Nitrous makes plenty of exhaust gasses... which really reduce turbo response time. Faster boost, plus the extra kick from the nitrous.
Nitrous also doesn't run out of power on the top end. It gives you pretty much a constant power increase across the entire range of use.

I like both.

Haven't got an official timeslip yet, but my accelerometer tells me that when using nitrous, a 1/4 mile pass takes me 11 seconds. By that ratio (30/10 = 3, so 11/3=..), I figure its a 3.6 second car.

Jr. not only hit the naws too early, he also cheered like a girl. The harmonics at those high sound frequencies can interact with the vibration of the nitrous lines, causing the NOS injection to shutdown, which cost him the race. I think I heard that in the special director's cut.

I ALSO know that packing around an orange bottle of the stuff helps get you laid by ***** with terrible acting.

u know what, forget these jokesters here , ill tell you how to install one... first put a bottle in the hatch compartment... leave all fittings open, then run a line to the steering wheel and install a button to shoot the stuff... hold the button down with all windows up... 5 seconds later still holding the button take a deep breath, and your car will be so fast.. you wouldnt know what hit ya...

If you perform any work please do not hold me responsible for any person injuries or death, nos is not for the streets, its for racing only!!! lol.
