Question how to install f-con on t2?

welp i just got an f-con laying around for my t2 and i have no clue how to install it since it came with no instructions. well i got the nice big happy black box a boost sensor a fuel cut a wierd light thingy and the harness of doom. if u guys can throw my some links or some useful info on the install that would be great thanks. oh yeh is it a piggyback or standalone.
