How high can I crank the boost before I crap out an Apex Seal through my dual N1's
Got a S4 TII, internals are stock, but thats it...everything else is upgraded: BNR Stage 3 turbo, 720/550 injectors, hks twin power ignition, rtek 1.7, greddy fmic, walbro pump....and more but those are the main things...so how many PSI can i SAFELY push this thing to? Im gonna get a rebuild with a streetport and 3mm seals, but not right now...

Haven't we ALL heard this
I would say ballpark around 15psi. However, this is a staright guess. You really need to watch things with a wideband and EGTs. The only way to really answer your question since each car is unique.
Sounds like you have done a lot right things with your mods. Now just back that up with a wideband.

so you haven't run lean yet with that big turbo and 550/720's and an rtek 1.7??? That just spells disaster right there because first off the rtek chip is made for the stock turbo so with that big bnr stage 3 it's going to run way lean! 2nd off the bnr stage three requires 720's all around for that kind of power. the 550/720 combo can only safely push around maybe 300rwhp and that stage3 is good for around 350 First off don't up the boost until you get that car on a dyno or wideband and second off don't take that car above at the most 300rwhp but really around 290 or so would be better.

i am going to do a very simular thing to my car but i'm still debating on if i want the stage 3 or 4 turbo how much hp do you think your pushing now with it i agree with hondahater 100% on that you need to upgrade your 550 injectors what kind of exhaust are you running with it

EMS go standalone, and get more fuel. You are going to blow running a non-stock turbo at higher boost without any sort of engine managment. It is only a thousand dollars, are we FC owners all so poor, that we can afford 500 dollar exhaust systems and 700 dollar turbo upgrades but can't justify spending a grand on making it run safe??

yep 720's all around are what you are going to need if you turn that boost up. I've been thinking about getting the bnr stage III for a long time and that is what everyone with a stage three told me to get. there is a calculator some where that you can calculate how much power you can get out of each injector combo and the 550/720 combo only gets about 290 to 300.

i dont really wanna push it too much higher than 300 anyways...its a daily drive/street car, so i dont wanna be "brap, brap, brap'ing" down the street...what kind of 1/4 times do you think I'm looking at?
