how to fix my window...?

My drivers side window..the little plasting...thing..that the cable goes over when you roll the window up, broke clean off. Now my window just wont roll up. i have to yank it and **** to get it to go anywhere.. yank, roll up, yank roll up. And I dont see how you could reach through and repair it, cuz the meta from the door is in the way... I dont see how its possible to fix without cutting parts of the door away from the inside.

Pull the interior panel off, with the window in the full up position.
Take out the nuts/bolts holding the cranking assembly on.
Take it out through one of the holes in the door.
Its really easy... I don't know where you could get lost.
