is it a non turbo???
If it is a non turbo, it is a 6 port 13B engine.
If it is a Turbo engine, it is a 4 port 13B engine.
And as far as the brakes, there is a sticky thread found at the top of this section that lists standard features and options for each model of the 2nd gen RX-7
