How could i tell if DTSS elminators are already installed?
Take the car out, red line the motor and pop the clutch. Take a turn and see if the car slides really funny.
Sorry other then pulling the wheel off and looking at it no idea.

but which bushing is it exactly? the manual doesnt really specify which it is. i think i know. but i want to make sure....

Second picture down shows the large bulging rubber cap under the bolt. If that cap is there, its got the stock DTSS.
