ok..well i bought what i think is an s5 GTUs. its a 1990 n/a 5 lug 5spd rx7. the car seems to run great but i want to sell the complete motor swap, motor trans ecu harness and everything else in the engine bay. i have been looking for how much it goes for but i cant find anything on the 13b injection motor swap. if anyone can help me this would be very much appreciated.

as if you couldn't tell im new to rotary stuff. plz help

what is mileage on motor? try ebay to see what they're going for.Or you can check the classifieds to see what everybody else is selling theirs for.

 

$20 says it's a 1JZ swap.

OP, I'd put everything up together starting at $1000-1200 or so. n/a swaps aren't exactly sought after.

The 'injection swap' is what threw me.

 

Try $1000 (depending on mileage), if it doesn't go for that you could sell the manifolds and parts separetely but try and sell the short block as a whole piece. It seems to help if you post good pics and even a video before you start dismantling everything. They may not be highly sought after, but that **** would be badass in my 1st gen.

ok well the odometer says 180k i think but it runs way too good and strong to have that many miles on it, so i think it was rebuilt. i can ask my friend because i bought it off of his brother. the kid i bought i from did not want to sell it at all. his mom made him sell it. i think he was slowly putting money into it but he blew his motor in his FD, so he put the FC on hold.

i am going to be doing a 1jz swap into the fc. i already have the motor but it is in my supra. if you want to check that out go to www.youtube.com/1jzdrftr and you can see the supra in action, keep in mind i had a messed up lsd but i had bought an open diff and welded it...i love that thing lol

well i guess i can sell everything for like 2000? complete 13b swap and everything in the engine bay. also has racing beat exhaust (complete from motor back) and i want to get rid of the tokiko shocks. does this sound like an ok deal? and i can prolly throw in the koyo radiator as well. let me know what you guys think.
