HKS intake

so i was driving my turbo II today and noticed the turbo was spooling aloooooot louder....so i stop at a gas station and popped my hood to find my HKS intake filter laying there dislodged from the pipe.....is this a common problem with the HKS intake or is there a step down pipe i need to get ???

dam y does it keep comming off? what kind of intake do you have....just the cone or the whole tubing also. I have the SMF cone and i have no problems with at all

prob because it is a 3 inch inlet on filter and the inlet on our afm is closer to 2.75

i have a filter that has 2.75 inlet, so i took off the rubber piece on the afm, and slide the filter on... fits tight and perfect.

you can make srue if you still have that rubber piece thing, and then wrap some electrical tap earound the whole thign a few times and ptu it back on and tighten it...

or do what i do and get a filter with a 2.75 inlet!!!
