HKS fuel cut defender install FC Rx7

Wondering if anyone knows how to install the HKS fuel cut defender? My 10th Anniversary had the cat deleted and it's no bogging down past 4k rpms. My car was in an area with a great rx7 mechanic but we since moved away. He told me over the phone "it's an easy 5 min install". Well - the diagram makes zero sense to me whatsoever. I'm needing something dumbed down for a non-mechanically inclined person. First - is it installed under the hood or in the passenger compartment under carpet? Next - is this something that any idiot can do - and if so is there someone kind enough to walk me through it?

Thank you!

rx7 foxed wiring manuals if you want to double check.

Rx7 foxed manuals

It intercepts the signal from the boost pressure sensor under the hood to the ecu, however you want to interpret that.
