HKS exhaust + RE-A rear diffuser?

Does anyone know if the HKS hi-power silent single exhaust work with the RE-Amemiya rear diffuser? Does anyone know?

That's the exhaust.

I have the shine replica, but not on the car. Trying to figure out if this exhaust would still fit under it.

It does only if the piping & muffler lead straight out. Not angled upward like the apexi single exit on my FC. Check out my pics album under my GTUs. You'll see what I mean. I had my apexi exhaust rewelded striaght out. Then mounted the side mounts for the diffuser. its close but just right.

So does the diffuser fit over the exhaust or under it?

The exhaust should fit over the diffuser.
