HKS blowoff valve problem

I have an super sequental bov welded onto the pipe coming out of the turbo to the fmic... my question is when i shift i hear a fluttering sound which is actually the air come back out of the intake. I don't have the loud whistle effect on mine case i took thqt piece out so i can't really hear any thing else. if i let the car idle and rev it nothing comes out of the bov.. i have the vacum line on that lil nipple on the upper intake. Any info will help thanks
Rodney

also i tried adjusting that not in and out nothing happened

You sure it's air coming out of the intake? The HKS SS blowoff makes a fluttering sound since it has two valves. You can hear the smaller one open first then the larger one...atleast thats how it is on mine, but then again, I have the older style one and not the newer model.
