It says quite clearly RACING, as in not production. These things will be as rare as hen's teeth as so few would have been made. What you originally said was...
84 J-spec engines ARE TURBO... Just so that you will know 84-85 gsl-se were 13B for U.S. BUT in Japan those models were turbo instead not too many but they exist
...but 84 J-spec (i.e. production) engines ARE NOT TURBO. No "model" came out with a 13BT until 86. Mazda made all sorts of racing engines, like the triple rotor 13G, but no one expects to find a "J-spec" one for sale!
