Question.

i started my car in the morning. letted it war up for 3mins. then i started driving. after about 10mins of driving i made a right turn and was in first gear. she went to about 4grand and then it stopped. she passed out completely. then i tried to start it up again and she didnt even crank. open the hood and its super hot in there. waited for it to cool down for 5mins and then she started up again.


how to fix this problem?/

 

Is it an S5, S4, turbo, N/A what was the temp?

 

its a N/A.

I only if the temp is correct. because its below half.

 

I don't know maybe your starter was stuck.

 

Sounds like you overheated your motor.. Are you sure you were only half way?

What exactly is the problem? does it run like crap now? we need more info.


What was your temp gauge reading? The engine normally does get hot, not trying to be a dick, but I need more info to help you

 

the temp gauage says its below half.
the car runs fine, but it stalls for no reason sometimes. and when its cools down it starts up again.
if its hot it doesnt even crank.
i was running on the high way later today and then all the sudden it just stalled... so i put it in N, and thout i should just roll it off the next exit but then i thout again and tried to start it while running. and it worked. i dont know how to explain it much better. but this is basically all i can say.
it just stalls~ lol

sounds like funky wiring/ or ECU/ possibly a bad ground somewhere

 

Or maybe next time just pop the clutch if your going fast enough ;-)
