Hesitation/bogging during rev?

Well i finally got the car to start and idle somewhat. It ended up being a bad leak from my banzai block-off plates and i also set the tps. Now im having problems revving the car. When it warms up it idles around 850 steady, but when you tap the throttle it bogs like its to much fuel and it wants to shut off. It kinda runs like a cold carburated car out of adjustment. Could this be a boost pressure sensor issue or afm? I did notice my lean/rich screw is completely broken and you can spin it 360 degrees. I'm running the stock s5t2 injectors with a walboro 255 pump. Any ideas? Thanks,

RTV is required when installing any block off plates.
