hesitation at 2,500 rpm...
i am looking for a list on what to change, check of possible reasons for a slite hesitation in fifth gear cruising. its not a violent shake its just a small studder type shake which im tired of.
eeh....someone correct me if im wrong...but that might have something to do with the 5/6 ports. you can find a write up on how to make them run off your air pump in the archives for a cheap fix... it cost me $30 and took me about 30 minutes to install
Only in 5th gear? Only things I can think of would be the O2 sensor/ECU unsuccessfully attempting a closed loop, or the split air solenoid on the ACV doing some funky things, and neither of those would I actually bet money on...
If the ports are opening too soon (causes a very slight power loss before the secondaries finally come on), you'd also sense it in other gears, notably 4th...
