Compression is good. I took spark plugs off and it wa loud. Also I don't gave a timing gun. But I guess I will have to play with the distributor while someone cranks it...

Are rx7"s known for jumping the timing?

Well if you have compression, I would check and make sure timing is good. I'm not too sure if they're "known" to jump time. But it would be one more thing to take off the checklist to get it started. I would check all wire connections, grounds, vac lines.

Yeah and I changed the front cover as well... So I won't have to use the electronically oil pump.

check your fuel lines to see if they are gping to the correct rail,..between the engine and the body.
s5JDM lines are reverse of the s4 lines.
Flow should be fuel filter to primary,to secondary and return.

Does it crank? Are the plugs wet with fuel? Try removing the power steering and AC belts. It's easy and it may increase the cranking speed. Any error codes? How old is the fuel?

Try taking out all 4 plugs, remove the EGI fuse from the box on the drivers side shock tower, hold the throttle pedal to the floor while turning the key and cranking the engine for 10sec. Reinstall the plugs and EGI fuse and try starting the car.

Ok so I cranked it up and yes spark plugs were wet!!! But after I took more of a look into the spark I found out that 3 out of 4 coils weren't working. Honestly would that stop the car from turning on? Sorry for the stupid question.

Do you mean 3 out of 4 spark plugs? You only need the leading coil to work to both start and run the car.

Well the spark plugs work. They are brand new. Also the wires werent sparking even thought they are new. So I checked the current on the coils and 3 out of 4 aren't working

And how did you check the current? Normally, it's best to remove the spark plug boot from the coil and place it within a fraction of the coil bore and try to start the car and see if there is a spark or not. The leading coil fires both wires at the same time so that is a bit weird. As far as the trailing coil is concerned the B/Y wires need to have battery voltage w/key to on and the coil/igniter needs to be bolted to the fender to provide a ground for the unit. Lastly, wet plugs can foul with their ability to work so maybe this is your issue. If need be you could trade out the working plug with the others to see if you get the same result or not.

There are but three coils in the car.

There are two coils for the trail plugs and just one coil for the Lead sparkplug wires. Both lead wires fire at the same time. Just FYI

edit; ooops, a repeat of what the post above said.
