You know where the washer filler is - well it's down under there.
You get to it from under the car.

Not sure if you've eliminated this possibility yet, but you should be able to get the lines blasted to clear out junk. That shouldn't cost much.

I'm assuming there's water in the reservior...

If you can hear the pump running, then you probably have a blockage somewhere. If you can't hear it, it'll be an electrical problem. If the wipers still work, it's not the fuse.

Remove the front right wheel and inner guard and you'll see the reservior with the pump in the bottom. Check to see there's 12V at the blue wire when the washer button is pushed (ignition on). It there's isn't, then it'll be a switch problem. If there's is, then put 12V and ground to the pump's terminals and it should run. If it doesn't, replace it.

If your pump is running pull the hoses off the underside of the bonnet where they connected to the nozels. Try spraying now. If you get water out your nozels are clogged. I had to get to mine with a pin and dunking them in hot waterto clear the muck out. You should be able to blow through them when their clean.
