Help! Smoking at startup

My vert smokes at startup for like 5 minutes....and it's really bad. But after the car warms up the smoke just goes away. What could cause this?

what does it smell like? You're sure it's not just steam on a cold morning?

Definitely not steam on a cold morning....it started this back in the summer. I was so busy I just parked it and still occasionally turn it over. It looks like a video I found on here but my car is N/A....it's kinda whitish but very dirty, not steamy smoke. It reminds me of the smog rings around major cities.

Coolant seals are gone. Water is seaping (along with oil) into the combustion chamber over night. You start it up and for about 20-30 seconds nothing, then here comes the 007 smoke screen to cover the entire neighborhood as the heat builds. Once all this burns away then the car goes fine. until you park it and it cools down all the way. Sound familiar?

The picture you paint sounds about right...if that's what it is how do I check/fix the problem?

First do the pressure test on the coolant system. If it fails then the water is being pushed into your Rotor housings and then being burned. If this is the case buy the rebuild video and get ready.
