help purchasing rx-7

looking to purchase a tII rx-7 Fc3s from a friend's dad. Are there specific things to look at when purchasing it? I havent looked at it yet so i dont know the details but what are some key things to look at and whats is too much mileage for it since i want it as a daily driver.

so far it doesnt look like i should be getting this car since it has 100 something thousand miles. and i dotn have time to rebuild

Well, 100k miles doesn't automatically void the car from being worth purchasing... Did the owner take good care of the car? A compression check would be very helpful in determining the TII's worth.. A well maintained TII could last 150k (mine lasted this long before I really needed a rebuild).

Search about how to check the compression, go over there and have either your friend (or his Dad) help you do it.
