here are the pics of the turbo set up

the black flexible pipe on the intake side is just so i can get the car running the guy welding the piping went on vacation for 2 week and didnt finish it so it the only thing i could think of for the time being

my buddy welding the piping removed the air intake temp senser would that do that

no vacuum leaks now just wasted ahole can of carb cleaner trying to find the smallest leak

Well the NA ECU could be part/all of your problem. it doesn't know what to do with boost and seeing as it falls flat right about the itme the turbo starts to spool it makes me think that might be it.

yeah....as soon as you said N/A turbo break up problem, I knew it had to be electronic some where.

I think the S4 TII ECU will work as long as you have S4 AFM and map. And you still dont have enough injector by the way. I was getting 13.4 Air Fuel ratios with the stock turbo and injectors. (no emissions at all and 3" DP - exhaust)

If you wiring in?

If you have all 4 injectors itll be enough. Keep in mind that if you have an catless exhaust and 3 inch down pipe, your WILL over boost. It happends to me all the time (which is why I was reading 13.4 air fuel ratio) but if you dont over boost it should be enough too keep it safe.

But I can almost guarantee YOU WILL over boost. So instead of buying another set of stock 550cc injectors, just go head and upgrade. And port the wastegate some.
