Help with OMP/ s5 Tb
Ok I am finishing up my Haltech Install. Seems like it one thing after another. I had to get a s5 TPS. I swapped the whole TB to my s4 car. So now my OMP rod has no spot to attach by the TPS. Anyone have any methods or ideas how I can hook the metal omp rod to the S5 TB? Im hoping I dont have to run premix. Thanks

cut the cable from the front brakes on a push bike
.. buy the $2 brass cable end from a bike shop ( one with grub screws )
fit it to the OMP pump linkage from the bottom up , keeping the new brass nub for the TB end
-- on the s5 TB you will see that when you move the primary throttle the secondary throttle moves a link that influences the cam on the secondary delays
this link moves in the right direction to pull the OMP cable
those with TB delays removed can fit the cable directly through the vacant end on the link
those retaining the delay can drill the link ( though lose some stroke movement ) or mod the link by riveting on a small metal extension to hold the cable
( -with aim of more effective stroke )
carefully gauge the free length of cable required so as to no limit the throttle opening 100% and resleeve on the outer cable sheath and fit the brass nub
( entirely self evident when you have the bits in you hands.. no i dont have pics but i have done this cable mod and similar to various TBs )
PS
if you find you cable is a little tight to return fully .. you can put a spring on the OMP end to pull the cable home on closed throttle
( only happens when you route the cable indirectly )
have also fixed same by putting small fishing sinker on the OMP end link
