Help needed bad

I have had my car for just over 4 months now and I was able to drive it the first and second day that I owned. On the second day the car broke and I have been trying to fix it ever since. I am desperate if any one in the reading pa area would be willing to help please pm me.
I apreciate it.
First my mint 88 gets hit and totalled now my TII dies on me, I haven't been having very good luck with this, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Jimmy

KD rotary is not that far from you. If you have another car to drive for awhile, I'm sure Dave could help you out.

Grab a voltmeter or multimeter and check the voltage to the pump.
