help! just another thing going wrong

So, I'm driving to work today and I just happen to look down at my spedo......and it's at 0mph. All my other guages still work. Can someone give me an idea to fix this?

The clip in the back of the Instrument cluster is more suspect, but I would check the tranny side first..its easier to get too.
