dont bother witht he pry bar
jsut get a hammer and wack the edge of it as hard as you could....
mine was stuck on hard as hell and hit it for a few days and it wotn come out
and then i was in a bad mood and i did a hard swing...
ti came off in 1 hit...
so just hit it very hard

ya so i tried and tried to just pry on it, but i could not get it to come off. So i went to schucks and got a timing chain puller and cranked on it with a 3 ft long braker bar, then hit it with a bfh. And it finally came off.
thanks for your help i met my dead line.
now what do i need to torque that flywheel nut back to. Or can i just take the impact wrench to it and call it good?

Also, you might want to consider thread locker (Locktite) on it. Blue if you're planning to keep the car, red if you're planning to sell it in the near future.
