ya so i tried and tried to just pry on it, but i could not get it to come off. So i went to schucks and got a timing chain puller and cranked on it with a 3 ft long braker bar, then hit it with a bfh. And it finally came off.

thanks for your help i met my dead line.

now what do i need to torque that flywheel nut back to. Or can i just take the impact wrench to it and call it good?

The spec is over 300 Ft-LBS. To achieve this, tighten it to 150 Ft-LBs (the maximum that most torque wrenches go). Then, make a mark on one of the points of the nut, and another at that same point on the flywheel. Put your impact gun on it and turn it one point further (60 degrees). That will give you the appropriate torque. The exact value isn't really important, as long as it's around 300 ft-Lbs.

Also, you might want to consider thread locker (Locktite) on it. Blue if you're planning to keep the car, red if you're planning to sell it in the near future.
