help! car wont start

the other day i was parking and i accidentally stalled. i didnt really think much of it cuz nothing has ever happened before. anyway, on my way out i go to turn on the car and nothing. try it again, it hesitates then turns on. since it turned on, i didnt think anything was wrong. later that day i go to leave and my car wont start. i tried many times and nothing. so, i think i burned out the starter fuse because when i turn the ignition all i can hear is an almost inaudible eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. the car deosnt even try to turnover.
does anyone know where the starter fuse is?
can it be anything else?

p.s. 88 na se

First check out all your battery cables, make sure they are connected tight with no corrosion

When you turn the key tothe Start position, do you hear a click or is that 'eeeeee' sound you describe more like something spinning?

your stater cut relay is right next to the clutch master cylinder.. It should be clicking(its a faint sound). Next do like the other guy said check the cables, also check batt voltage, should be 12.6, if not charge it, when all else fails the starter brushes inside the motor/soloniod are sticking. You need to take a hammer down to the starter through the engine bay and smack it a few times... Its an old school trick.. I just had the same problem with mine.

A push start is always worth trying... unless it'll end up in a bad place if it doesn't start.

i dont hear a clicking, and the "eeeee" sounds more like its coming from a relay more than sumthing spinning.

get a volt meter and start the car. if the volt drops below 9.6, then its the starter. If the voltage doesnt even drop at all, check all the connections from the battery to the starter.
