HELP!! Car wont run right

Yesterday I my car wouldnt start. Hella flooded so I removed and cleaned the spark plugs and put them back in. Started up fine. But now my car soundslike it is running bad. I re-checked the plug connections and they are on tight and the plugs are screwed in correctly and it still runs doggy. It doesnt seem to let me past 2500 rpm while driving. When in neutral I can rev higher than that. Also when im driving and i have it revved up to 2500 it makes a sqeeling sound. PLEASE HELP!!

Could it be the fuel filter? It was "hella" flooded so the filter might have gotta partially blocked which would explain why I can only rev it up so high. Or am I wrong?

because of the rpm you said it could be the oil meetering pump (i have the same problem) it has a safty that shuts down the engine at 2800rpm. It sucks because it costs 1500 from the dealership and 425 from mazda dismantaling co. but its good that safty is there to protect you apex seals.

the oil metering pump injects oil into the airstream to lubricate the apex seals. no lubrication on the apex seals would blow them.
