Headlamp Leveling system

Headlamp Leveling system
Has anyone ever heard of a headlamp leveling system.
i am looking at a Mazda Turbo II (series 5) brosure from Europe
(possibly from Holland thats where it was printed.)
and I am curious as to what it was. i imagine that it can change
the level of your headlamp from three positions
1 being down
2 being in the middle or 'sleepy eyed'
3 being up.
if anyone has more knowledge to this headlamp system
please reply, even better if you have it. below is what it
says below the picture of the switch. if you can decifer the
language please post what it says. Thanks Matt22
De schakelaar die het koplampniveau regelt bevindt zich
nabij de versnellingspook. De bestuurder kan de lampen
in drie verschillende hoekposities plaatsen, afhankelijk
van de rij-omstandigheden. Deze mogelijkheid garandeert
verhoogde veiligheid.

It works like the typical European leveling systems. You can't get the droopy, sleepy eye look since that interferes with the actual headlight beam. That's a no, no in regulation laden Europe.
What is happening here is that if a load is put in the back of the car, forcing the front up higher, the switch will allow three positions to lower the lamps themselves, not the actual headlight, motor, etc. That way, if you carry a load or passengers or other heavy items, you lower the lamps so they don't glare in others' eyes as you are traveling down the Autobahn, Autostrada, Autoroutes, etc. You get the idea!
If its the brochure with the red RX on the front, also notice the left rear foglight incorporated where the left backup light was and the moldings without the side marker lights. Pretty neat stuff. I got the rear taillight over there with the fog for my convertible.

Taillamps
If you want to put an order together, I'm going to get the 2 bulb front turn signals soon. My mom is over there so she'll go over to the dealer. I think the taillights were about $200 for the left taillight right before they went to the Euro. I think that compares to the US price here. Mine was more expensive, but I went to a dealer in Kaiserslautern who was probably expensive.
The only other option is to get Mark J. to pick them up and mail them, but I think he is on rotating missions to Afghanistan. I haeven't heard from him in a while. That could save on shipping as it goes US mail, though its not quite, ahem, proper!
