Throw down the extra money for the Racing Beat one. The pacesetter is made solid, but the Racing Beat one is well designed for RX-7s. It will give you more power. Ive had the Pacesetter header for 2 years now, and it is still holding up fine, but still go for the Racing Beat.

my o2 sensor isn't hooked up and i have no problems. however, u will probably have trouble passing emissions and your fuel mileage may go down.

Or you could take it to your local exhaust shop and have them weld on an 02 bung for you. Not complicated........

since there is no 02 sensor it runs rich basically all of the time. That makes your gas mileage go down. I don't know how you bypass it.

What do you mean the Racing Beat headers don't have the O2 hook-ups? I just got one a couple months ago part number 16130 streetable header/collector and it came with extra wire for the O2 hook-up as well as wire stays to keep them out of the way. If you need a hook-up for the 6-port actuation then that's part of the pre-silencer. Are you trying to still run a cat convertor with the header?

There's an RB "Mod" header that has both 6-port line and the O2 bung. I'll link to it.

The racing beat header does have the O2 sensor bung in it. If you get the race only hear, it doesn't, but an exhaust shop can install one for you at about $20.
Now if your talking about the air pump, You arn't going to find a header that lets you use it. You simply have to throw it away or not get a header.

both of the roadrace headers i have right now have O2 bungs, they also have a bung for an EGT sensor and one came with an adaptor to make 5/6th ports work (a tube that screws into the bung)

I'm trying to install my headers. Besides all the other questions, I'll stick to the subject.

My headers have the O2 bung, but it is at the end of my headers, down where they come collected. what kind of wire could I use for my O2 sensor if I was to re-route it?
