Im looking for a header to put on my 89 NA, can anyone help me with which will be the best fit and performance I keep hearing about the RB header does anyone have any suggestions. im trying to replace the whole exhaust system and wanting to start with the header that will best fit so I can have the rest of the piping fabricated.

The best fit and function is to have the entire exhaust system custom fabricated, including the header. Make sure the race shop knows the requirements of a rotary engine, otherwise the exhaust will crack. A good exhaust will be made out of 321 stainless steel and/or titanium, and will have mandrel bends, cc'd tubing, slip joints, and good hangers. Plan on spending about $3,000.

I've got Racing Beat's road race system on my 90 GTU and I LOVE IT!!!! I also don't have to worry about emission tests either.

AKA Racing Beat true dual system. I've been told by a bunch of people it's rather loud for RB stuff..

I've got a RB Streetable Header, Presilencer and Power Pulse catback and it's awesome. Fairly quiet at idle and cruise, but it's got a great sound when you go WOT. Definitely recommended. ^_^

Its not really loud all the time like a certain vert i have when its running. it deos let itself be known when you step on the gas, but as cruising around at speeds its pretty quiet.
