Ive ran the stock y-pipe attached to the streetable header and presilencer, opened up the power potential while still keeping it fairly quiet. Now im running teh same header/presilencer with a straightpipe and crappy autozone generic muffler....already broke all the welds on the muffler internals and the noise is enough to rattle my mirrors. But IMHO the road race equipment isnt suitable for eardrums unless you have a mean way of muffling true duals.

I bought my road race last summer, and it's not as loud as my friend's old road race. I think there might have been two versions, since my road race is very civil during daily driving.

Before you order make sure it will fit on a vert. Verts have the extra brace under there. I got the RB downpipe made for verts.

THe Road race is for true dual system. The other one is just a single outlet.

you should give racing beat a call and ask them specifically, they're really nice about it too. or Mazdatrix.
