head fuse burns out?
Don't mess with the REd/Green. They go back towards the headlight relay and the dimmer switch. Leave them alone and forget them.
I see I screwed the pooch in one of my posts. It's the Red/Black wire that is shorting out, not the Red/White. But both should read *open* to ground if both headlight connectors are off and the Dimmer Relay plug is off.

Yeah. The .1 means a dead short. Well, have the meter on that wire showing the .1 ohm (or 1ohm, whichever) and I'd wiggle the plug at first one headlight and then the other with them disconnected. I that does not work your just going to have to wiggle the harness back from the headlights back towards the dimmer relay plug where the meter is until you wiggle and the resistance on the meter changes dramatically.
Alright well i was getting ready to put in new wires so i undid some of the tape and plastic and found 2 wires melted/mashed together...........HAILERS you da man. Thanks everything works now except the dash lights.
