even if the wires are switched from primary to secondary the engine should still run.

His secondary injectors are 1680 in size. Wouldn't that provide too much fuel to start the car, especially if the car is cold, thus extra fuel is used to help the engine start?

I checked the coil connection like you said karack, no corrosion or burnt connector, also took ground off rear housing and sanded the brass, bolt and housing top. Did the same for the ground point by trailing coil. also checked main relay for pwr while i was there.

well something isn't providing a good signal to the injectors then, start by checking voltage to the injector clips while cranking.

ok... according to scrmetics, pin 3c is g/w should be rear pri. inj, 3e g/r frnt pri, 3f g sec. rear, and 3h g/b sec. frnt. so should these match the pfc pin out as to front/rear, pri/sec? it looks like the resisters that once were there were soldered in front to rear, pri to sec. like front pri to rear sec. im gonna run them as follows... 3c to 4y, 3e to 4w, 3f to 4z, 3h to 4x . ok did that, the secondst

didn't notice that but yes it would flood out with that large of secondaries, but from the description it's not flooding but not getting enough fuel.

3E is Light Green and it is the Front Primary. The Rear Primary is 3C and it is LG/Black. Front Secondary is 3H and is LG/W while the Rear Secondary is LG/R and is found at pin 3F.

try swapping the primary injectors then with another pair if you have anything smaller or similar size lying around.

Bingo! It was the injectors. I stuck my 550`s in and it fired right up... Now the idle bounces from 500-1500rpms... Prolly need to time, set tps and idle, but it runs!!! Thank you to the ones that took time to help me out. Now to get another set of bigger injectors. Again thanks guys!

I wonder how much time you could have saved if you verified injector spray pattern 2 pages ago.....?
