i passed with it. if your in cali you might want to go with the dual, then when emmissions testing is done with put on a straight pipe till the next time you have to test it.

Yah, hooked airpump right up to the cat, leaned it out with SAFC, passed with no ACV no EGR no rats nest/solenoids just airpump and main bonez cat. Also was running a TII fuel pump at the time. However with an N/A fuel pump, EGR, ACV, airpump, full rats nest and solenoids, I couldn't pass. Go figure huh?

Having the airpump hooked straight to the cat gives it more air and constant air, plus it feeds air during idle which the ACV doesn't do. Passed with flying colors. However running the airpump to the cat all the time will fry it, thats why my bonez only goes in for emissions testing, otherwise I have a testpipe

here in cali.... that car would have failed before it was ever put on a machine.... the visual inspection is just as harsh as the emissions!! they would have popped the hood and laughed

Yah I know, that's why I love the fact my state has no visual. The people at the testing place even asked me how the hell I passed after failing 3 times in the prior month and I just said "magic"

i'm in cali, passed after warming up cat good. if u can, ask mechanic to warm up cat before test, leave the accelerator on a litlle. i would have passed earlier if i did maintanance, but had no time, sitll passed. u should pass easy if i do maintanance, oil, filter, plugs, maybe wires.
