Don't be mad because you are ignorant.

But yes, you're right for a change, e-codes are superior to any sealed beam DOT light. I'm glad you finally realized the truth!

Geez, crybaby.

I chose the 85/80 osram hypers. Three years of use and they're still going, but I feel like they have started to dim a bit compared to when they were new, which is normal. Still getting the same voltage to the bulb.

If memory serves me, they are only rated for like 40 hours of use.. I have *definitely * exceeded that.

The performance of the headlamps themselves is wonderful, and I wanted a hotter bulb without having to worry about the stock wiring. My experience has been good in that department.

Additionally, I chose the e-codes that included the city light.. Which meant buying the lamps individually rather than in a pair because I did not want the hybrid version of the lamp.

The city light is pretty nice with an led in there. I've got them wired to the parking lamp circuit, so you get a very gentle glow through the Ftps with the headlights retracted, and drl-ish with them up for twilight time use. This saves the headlight bulbs themselves from being used when you don't really need them on but want to be seen.

I don't see an option where they offer the city light.

They're listed with the rest of the 200mm headlamps. They are sold individually.
