Any danger of cracking it ? I have to take it apart to strip the crappy spray bomb

Anyone cracked it during removal?

Also is it safe to use paint stripper on plastic ? It doesn't say it's safe or not for plastic.... Just some "heavy duty contractor strength stripper"

 

It removes easily with the bolts on the underside. I can't really speak to the particular stripper you're using, but mine got stripped, along with the hood of its paint when I had it repainted, so I'd guess most likely yes, it'll be safe.
