Not the same compared to other GTU cars. 91's didn't even have any trim levels other than Coupe, Turbo, and Convertible. This information is all present in the FAQs at the top of the 2nd gen section.

Actually the '91 did come with different packages, such as the "A package", which consisted of leather seats, rear cargo cover, and some are rumored to have LSD. Still a far cry from a GTUs.
