Are you talking about placement or are you going to get a new one made?

I ran this exact same question after I had my GTUs repainted. I didn't get much in the way of replies 2 years ago... As far as I can tell, nobody has exact measurements to place any of the stock decals on the fenders.

So you have two options:
A) Find someone with an unpainted GTUs and measure it.
B) Wing it!

The good news is that backing that the decal comes on helps tremendously with the placement. You'll understand what I mean when you're test fitting it on the fender.

I have a GTUs that has never been re painted and has the factory GTUs decal on it. From the back of the decal to the back of the finder, the gap is 1 and ½ inches. From the bottom of the decal to the top of door bumper guard that is just below the decal, the gap is ½ an inch.

I have read and posted on that GTUs thread but have yet to register my car there. I plan to as soon as I get my charge cord back to my camera so I can take pictures of it. I’m getting the engine ready for a rebuild and after that I will re paint it. Interior is almost perfect with the body mileage at 64,000. I’m trying to find as much info on the 89 GTUs on the internet as I can but finding little other than what is on this site. About the most info I get outside of this site is the GTUs is the most rare of all RX7s.
