Im planning to get my GTU to become GTUs spec.
I know i need the following...but what else is there???

T2 Calipers/Rotors ( might get brembo rotors instead)
VLSD
16" rims
Short Shift Rod

What else do i need?

 

t2 hood
t2 lip
4.30 rear gear
GTUs decals

 

I have a 4.3 GTUs LSD rear end available

 

 

The GTUs didn't come with a Turbo hood... it came with a convertible's aluminum hood.

If you want to get it down to the exact detail you'll need a GTUs tranny too. 5th gear ratio is slightly different.

 

Interior:
- Rollup Windows
- Delete Radio
- Cloth Seats
- Generic Door skins (no speaker pod I believe)
- No rear speaker pods (or just no speakers).

Exterior:
- No Sunroof
- No rear wiper
- GTUs decals
- Series V (89-91) Turbo II Rims
- Blaze Red, Nobel White, or Brilliant Black colors only

Drivetrain:
- NA LSD Rear Differential
- Different Size Ring Gear (80MPH @ 4000 rpms)
- Slight 5th gear changes (80MPH @ 4000 rpms)

Heavy Duty Suspension (TII or Convertible)
- Vented Rotors Front & Rear
- 4 piston front calipers, single piston rear
- Larger Front & Rear sway bars


Also you might want to import the front & rear strut tower bars out of a 1991 Efini Turbo II from Mazdaspeed or go aftermarket.
