I'm not sure if they sell the software for it yet. I think they will only sell it to "tuners". so unless you find someone around with the software it's usless.

Advanced Imports here in NZ (NZ distributor for Trust) are working on converting the Japanese software to suit US/NZ/Au etc PC's.

I had a few enquiries about this ECU but Advance Imp told me that the e-manage was being held back these countries until the software is available. This was a couple of months ago and they were in the process of fitting one one of their cars to make sure its sorted. I haven't asked since then but will try and find out whats going on.

I did a lot of research on this, I wanted to go with an e-manage, but from what I found out I will not purchase any greddy products. The emanage has a VERY limited amount of tuning capabilities available to the end user. End users in no way have access to the software(meaning you have to have the hookup or get some warez) . Only greddy certified bullshit-head-up their *** dealers get the software, and they charge a steep premium for tuning it(charged by the hour, each hour is quite pricey)

I would imagine that if you found a cool import shop that was an authorized dealer for Greddy. You might be able to get them to give you the software. At least this is the case with a local shop here in town. They told my friend that if he ordered the ecu, he would have any problem getting the software for him, and would just give it to him for ordering the ecu. Since they have no idea how to tune the car, or like my friend would let them tune it.

Jay, so Dale decided to go with the E-Manage, huh? I was wondering why his F-CON was for sale on the Partstrader.

The Emanage is not worth it. IMHO I researched this thing really hard before buying my Power FC. The Emanage box itself has basically the functions of a S-AFC. The Software is sold seperatley for about 90 dollars and can be purchased anywhere the box is sold or you can order it from Greddy. This gives you more control over the fuel and ignition and If I remember lets you change the boost cut.

Speed cut and most any other features are purchased seperatley as add on ( splice in) modules and are expensicve as well. Greddy does not make a plug in harness for this computer unless you own a nissan
GT-R so you will have so splice everything into your harness.

Due to the lack of options in the states and elswhere this might be a viable option for some people but It was not worth it to me.
