Lol this is all to much...Guys!!! I take my car out once a month around the block. I will smog it soon. I just so happen to go further away to Balboa ( car show/no profit) to meet a blind date and didnt want to take my GEO ( registered , smoged , Lisence ) Its a racing sene and racing night so the tension is high with cops. I got pulled over but im well dressed and girlz say im a pretty boy and I know how to talk to da laidies hehe. Im not the usual punk racer. Plus I explained that I just had to take the car out for a spin...And GENE I do have a lisence just not the card on me. You can send me a cookie though pm me for directions. Im just happy about my luck and had to blow some steef for reliefe I guess.

I can make you guys hate me more. 6 month ago when I was racing down this big safe deserted street with two friends (integra , 3000gtls) We were stoped but everytime we all launched my maf senser flew off and I stoped instantly. Only got 20ft. Did this three times and same thing. never got through first. I was beating them thou. Anyways a police officer was waching us the whole time and the last time we all launched the cop busted the integra just when he hit third gear. Wile I was poping my MAF sensor back in...Then I just took off LOLOLLOL.

 

Roy James. Thnx for reminding me about karma. Yes I do know it will catch up to me. I have got busted before for stupid things not just traffic and have relized that you cant skate through life forever. I have done alot of things in my life to prevent mishaps but I do take risks every know and then and always learn from my mistakes. Just little by little.

I was driving my '89 Camery going 5 over dident stop at a stop sign and crossed the DASHED line in the middle of the road and got a $1000 ticket for neglegent driving in the second degree! For not doing what a "Reasonable and prudent citizen would do in the same situation"

I got a ticket doing 100 on the freeway cutting through 3 lanes.. Cop pulled me over .. asked me for my registeration and insurance. 5 mins later, he let me go.. .. im lucky

2. In Texas, they can take you to jail on the spot for every offense you listed except for the Registration and the emissions bullshit, nobody cares about emissions in texas.
3. What the hell are you doin rollin around without a license? and without insurance? are you even of age to operate a vehicle in this country?

 

dude von.. same thing happin to me a couple nights b4.. i was at a gas station meeting up with some guy that wanted to race me.. well a cop showed up. so i dipped.. stupid me to her up to 5 grand slowly to see if the cop would come after me.. but he didnt i turned around to go back about amile away. right when i pulled in the cop was pulling out .the cop stop and reversed in the middle of the road followed me very lowly, all my friends we walking right passed me telling me " hes running ur plates.. so i was like great. so i pulled out of the gas station him following me. after that he pulls me over and asks me "do you have any exhaust intake engine mods" and i saw no. so he tells me to pop my hood so i pop my hood and he flashes his light on the intake and sez "thats a modifcation " and i point out my sticker for the thing. so hes still lookin at the engine in lookin for "mods" as they call him. i loked at his face while he was lookin and i could tell he didnt know what he was lookin at . he looked at me like he was lost and told me geet that exhaust fixed b4 another cop pulls you. after that i was on my way... oh how i love the 7s

 

oh ya. and also he was lookin for headers but he couldnt find them.. and i do have those too

 

Last friday night I'm headed back home for the 100 mile drive from my gf's house and I'm in the back woods on a 2 lane 55mph hwy. I was in no hurry and there's a butt load of deer on this road so I'm going the speed limit and a sheriff comes up behind me and is like 2 car lengths back. This was too close for me considering we were the only two cars on the damn road and I have no idea its a cop. His lights started pissing me off so we come up to this stop sign and I brake really late to let him know I want his *** to back off. He crawls right up my butt at this stop so I let the 2 other cars at the sign go (why there were two other cars at that stop in the middle of nowhere is beyond me) and then I tear off the line and I'm sure that I'm spraying this guy with sand and then proceed to peel through 2nd up to about 70 and then slow back down to 55. The cop stops for the sign and then comes flying up after me (on a slight hill so I can see him closing distance really well) and I'm sitting here thinking what kind of maniacle hillbilly jackass wants some out here? Then he hits the lights and my heart sank as I thought to myself "**** me!" I pulled over right away and he came up and asked where I was coming from and I made up some **** about my gf and I getting into a fight and I was having a really bad night and thought he was following too close and appologized for tearing off at the sign. He asked for my license and ins paper and said my exhaust was way too loud. I explained how I had a new system coming in the next week and he said to hang tight and he'd be right back.

So as he's back in his car and I'm thinking "there goes my cheap ins rates" another sheriff comes by and stops to talk to the other cop for a couple mins then pulls a U and gets about 100ft from my car does a complete circle in the middle of the road and then rips out of there. 30 seconds later the cop comes back with my license and ins and says "get that exhaust taken care of. I gotta go!" and runs back to his car and takes off.

What really blew me away was that he didn't even mention my 0-70 as fast as I could, and it was obvious I was winding it out... then all he cared about was my exhaust being too loud. All this was before whatever happend that was more important than me.

Maybe it is the 7's? I have been stopped 5 times this fall and have only managed to get a single fix it ticket for my 2.5" straight pipes off my header. Yet one of my roommates is on a 12mo suspension for too many tickets and another is pending at least a 3mo suspension for the same.

 

You are one lucky guy and for the civic si they are 160hp.

 

Dude Von, First of all you are one lucky ****.
Secondly your luck is going to run out soon , i know cuz that same kind of **** was happening to me for a long time but now i get tickets.
I also believe one of the reasons a lot of us dont get ticketed is because of our cars. I mean its a very decieving car because it doesent seem to be a fast car to an un-edjucated person or to cops in general because i feel that most cops feel that "fast" cars are going to be the camaros and mustangs or vetts, I mean i dont think they have a clue how fast an Rx7 can really be or most people on the road.
Ive never gotten a big ticket or any major offense in my FC and ive done a lot of crazy **** plus have never had a "quiet" exuast since ive owned one and i beleive its for just this reason.

 

This is what I was thinking. I can't believe you did not get the E ticket ride to jail. You should never drive around with out that stuff not even to test the car around the block. Sorry to be an *** but be responsible and stay off the roads.

 

omg u guys have it so hard . i`m never moving to CA . f that in nj the cops are dumb asses they dont know what a air intake is or headers . they never tell u to pop your hood ever . only thing is if your a dick and your car is loud they will look for cats thats it . even when your goin to get a sticker for your car the place that does it doesnt open your hood .

 

I dont see why cops have to give a hard time for modifications as long as thier legal like a filter or cat back. Some cops just sound like dicks.
