got a ticket last night in my FC heres my charges

Holly ****. Cop pulled me over for having my red undercar light on. My car looks like this. Black hood , hood pins, lowered with rims , painted calipers, Super modified engine ( intake no Airpump , no cat , headers , wiring, knifes exc exc) Let me remind you that I dont drive more than 50miles/ month till it gets smoged.

So she says license and registration...I say dont have a license card yet and dont have registration because it wont pass smog. So she looks throught the engine / car / under car with me in the back seat of the police car.
Then she asks for insurance , im like um no thanks...So I dont even have that. She looks at me after looking throught the car with a huge WTF look on her face. Says this car looks like its sole purpose is to RACE. And im thinking cool. All that hard work has paid off...Anyways I tell her that its a brand new Catalitic converter ( pre-silencer) and pointed to the air-pump ( water pump ) and she says oh then why has it not passed smog??? Im like I dont know.

She says todays my lucky day and gives me a fix-it ticket for the light.

Thnk goodness for cool cops.

So let me get this straight. You were driving around in a car with no license, no insurance, and it won't pass smog?

I'd say you got off VERY LUCKY. In Ontario, not being able to show proof of insurance is a minimum $5000 fine.

lol and it was not the only time its happend. Im more careful now and dont take it out hardly ever , I just work on it like every weekend.

I was at the illegal drags a few months ago in my N/A FC and was spanked 3 hondas. Prelude, New Honda SI (200hp) i think , and some other honda. Anyways my clutch fried on the last run and I rolled into a parking lot.

Sure enoughf cops came. After everyone left I broke off and a cop pulled me over and demanded me to pop my hood. I said you have no probable cause and that I just got lost and was looking for gas station. He said bullshit so I turned on my video camera and pointed it at him and said your being video taped so wach what you say. Then he pops the hood himself , looks around the car and in the engine. Comes back and says ok , I say, See I told you I was good, he says ok Im going to write you up for driving on the wrong side of the street , Not having proof of insurance , or proper Lisence card. So couple months later I call the court and thiers been no records of my offenses , The guy never turned them in...LOL its ROTRY MAGIC

Alberta the min fine for no ins. is 3500$. For driving w/o a license they wouldve towed your car and arrested you. We dont have smog here, so thats no worry

That funny as hell, they make you guys pop your hoods! I mean what the **** do cops know about modified cars? I could point to my turbo and tell them its a radiator, and they would believe it. No emissions is nice.

von: I hate you! you are so lucky. Every single time I have been pulled over Ive gotten a ticket.

Once I got pulled over after a race but luckily the cop didnt see the race. me and a camaro (IROC) were racing light to light. i wasted him on 2 lights and we lined up for the 3rd. he must of seen a cop and I didnt. I get ready to launch and I do a decent burnout (more then I should have to hook up the best) and I take up. The camaro slowly takes off so Im like WTF?

Then the cop has his lights on so I think oh **** he saw us racing. He puts his lights on and I floor it and take a 90 deg. turn real fast into an electronics store, take a gravel road to the back of the store and shut everything off. the cop didnt come for a few mins, so I thought I was free! but then he came and busted me. Got reckless op and squaling tires. Reckless op was dropped

you are lucky!

No insurance is a hair over $500 in BC.
I was testifying in a court case, and the girl in the trial ahead of me got her fine for "forgetting to renew her insurance (a month after it ran out)" reduced to $100 b/c she was "a poor student".
Lame.

hmm i doubt ur serious von because im from san bernadino and here the racing you get ur car impounded on the spot when they catch you you seem to of been caught at races which is not likely your telling the truth and ive been to alot of the races around here and in san diego LA you name it. gotta say though ontario races are always gonna be the best races around once the cops let off lol

more power to you if they are but damn, it is hard to believe.

Whoo look at me! I'm illegally driving an unregistered, uninsured, totally smog-illegal car, with ricey red underbody lights to boot!

Edit: After a re-read, I see you don't even have a driver's license?! People like you are why car insurance costs so much.

What do you want, a cookie?

You got very lucky... they could have impounded your car just for no insurance... or for no reg, or for no license.

No insurance in CA is a major crime, equal to running from the police or DUI. You are lucky you are not spending the month in Jail and a $1500 fine (and frankly you should be if you are driving without it).

The cop must have not wanted to deal with the paper work and court time...

Again you got very lucky or are making the story up.
