1)...cold start problem...wait a second b4 u guys start to flame me for not doing research, i did...my car starts when cold, but only 1 rotor running, and takes about 10 seconds for the 2nd to fire up
plugs? plug wires? injectors?
2)... how exactly does the coolant sensor sense the coolant level on the radiator. it's a 89-91 model..my lights come on and off and on and off, and it's driving me crazy, but everytime i opened the cap and level is at top...maybe it's just a bad sensor i know, but i still wanna know how the thing sense coolant level

You want $6000 for your car and you have so many problems? Plus your car was overheated in the past? ouch... I hope you're honest with whoever buys your car. =)
Anyways, I had a coolant sensor problem a while back, all I did was top it off, and it went away. It looked like it was full, but it stopped after I put a capful of coolant in..

For Problem 1, It could be leaky injectors or a blown water seal. To check the seal, start the car COLD and remove the rad cap on the thermostat gooseneck. If you see bubbles, you have trouble. A bad water seal would also cause the H2O level to fluctuate --leading to the problem #2

glad to hear you're keeping it...its TOO SWEET to sell!!!
Don't know about 89up, but 86-88 have a bleed screw on the r/h side of the radiator, and in order for the system to be fully filled up, you have to remove the bleed screw on the r/h side of the radiator, fill at the filler neck until fluid flows out of the bleed screw port, and continue filling while you put the bleed screw back in. On those models an air gap will form in the top of the radiator if you do not fill correctly. You can take the cap off and see water, but the air gap is in the top of the radiator.

i guess for 89-91 model they are different,
i just went in garage and didn't see any blew screws on either side of the radiator
now i just got to wait for it to cool down and do that test again..
and yeah ERIK, i decided not to sell it. yeah i was running out of money and very busy with school at the same time, but lucky me such a baby and got wonderfull parents to send me some extra money,
