good drift/autox setup....possible??

Well its almost time for me to get new suspension and I was wondering is there a good setup for both drifting and autocross?

I did some autocrossing and had an awesome time, but a realized I am going to need to replace my old tired suspension. I also noticed there are alot of drift events going on around me and it would be great to go to those events and double my seat time.

Does anyone here do both? Can the same setup be good for both? What parts would you recommend?

I dont really want to pay for high dollar coilovers but if it is a must then I guess I will have to.

i run tanabe gf210 springs, tokiko blue shocks, racing beat swaybars front and rear, dtss eliminators, and H&R 3/4 inch spacers on the rear wheels.. i have to say that this combo has been absolutely perfect for me in every way. this car is still my daily keep in mind. but i have practically no body roll and its the perfect height. no rubbing or lame bullshit issues to deal with. i plan on getting into auto cross next year.

I would imagine, I dont think opening the stance 1.5 inches will d too much by way of performance but i could be wrong

Spring/shock combo isn't good enough for the veteran or novice driver. But beginners its good enough for both. Drifting gets a lil more complicated with shock spring combos rather than coilovers. But if you're started out I would say....dont hate cut springs lol. Check out a vid my friend made and you can see some clips of me on this website....http://www.recproductions.net/Videos.html last two vids on the bottom. First one is a practice run.

I run the tanaba race style springs *i think* they drop it alot.
I also have the Tokiko Illumina Whites Adj., which are also pretty nice.
This is a pretty tight suspension setup, it needs some chassis stiffening, but this will do for some track days, it worked for me at the Gainesville track.
