No one has written one on that subject nature...
The "How to Modify Your RX-7" has some info, but it's a bit dated - this book leans more towards pre-FC engines.

I thought I remembered seeing a book at Borders on how to rebuild a 13b for aviation use.

Worth a try..

I think Atkins rotary offers a rebuild video for $30 or something, that may be worth a few $$$

Rotary Rebuild Books

I am curious about this too, I am about to buy an IT7 car, and I would like to rebuild on of the cores into reliable performance motor. (Per GCR and IT rules of course)

Any good books out there? Something that describes tear down, inspection, selection of replacement parts, and reassembly would be great!

Pictures are cool too!

Order the racing beat catalog. It has all kinds of tips in it. Awesome book.

DIY RE 13-B? Anyone? I'm guessing that'd probably be a good place to start. Haven't seen it, but I'm getting it whenever I do my rebuild. So... after I buy another engine or two.

Go get the Bruce Turrentine DVD from Rotary Aviation. Probably the best guide out there for 13B rebuilds.
