gonig to be putting in new rebuilt

Alright ppl..

Im getting a new streetported engine. I have a 1990 turbo rx7.I have the following

1600 secondary injectors/k2rd fuel rail
turbonetics ts04 turbo on the way and a greddy 3 row fmic, divided manifold and 50mm wastegate
-i also got the 80psi opr from racing beat.
-aeromotive adjustable fpr.
-still deciding on ecu and wideband
-i have the egt gauge already.
-have racing clutch already.
I will be installing the engine myself and a friend whos done a couple rx7 engine swaps on a fb.My question is, how hard is it to do the engine r and r?this is going to be my first engine r@r.can it be done without a hoist?I do have the proper tools minus hoist.I also have haynes service and the 1990 rx7 manual and the internet for info.
is the only diffrence is that a professional has experience?im more confident tuning the engine because i read up on it for the last year then r@r'ing the engine.I got my last engine r@r from a shop and they did a shitty job, after they put in engine, service light kept coming on and they didnt do **** about it.Another story,at one time i thought maybe i should take it to a shop that just deals with rx7's,all they did was put in a safc and didnt tune it for **** with bigger secondaries.I didnt know **** about tuning that time, since then i learned on my own for the tuning part.I dont trust neone im sure lots of you can relate.im also sick of getting fucked over,I am pretty mechanically inclined,im taking automotive tech in college..i may even decide to rebuild my own engine but thats besides the point.

Thanks again..
