This goes for RETED & FC3S.ORG
well, this is what u guys wrote along time ago , it has been buggin me since
RETED:
Stock ECU....bridgeport...4psi...what kind of turbo???
What kinda dyno did you run on?
Two hundred and five horsepower?
Two hundred and seventy five pound/feet of torque?
Were you running NOS on the dyno on this run?
Are you running some kinda piston motor?
Got proof with a dyno print-out?
I find these numbers on the borderline of bullshit...
-Ted
FC3S.ORG:
Got that dyno sheet?
its right here boys.... sorry for the long post...

So you dynod that car yourself on 3/29/01, right?
This is your post on this forum on 4/10/02.
i have a Question, i just bought a Bridge Ported FC, only 2000 miles on the engine, for about $3500 its a 89 Turbo, and i was wondering how much boost i can use?, i have 3" fully exhaust, stock turbo, stock boost gauge, and everything else stock! now i was just wondering if i could even race it or not race it , i dont wana blow my precious car, and how much boost can i use? im sorry for the long post, but i need some help thx guys, u think i should get a new ECU?
Here, read his own bullshit right here: https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...798#post585798
I don't think it's possible that you dynod this car a year before you bought it. There is also no way in hell that that is an RX-7 dyno. It looks more like a V8 to me.

I wish I was driving!
Bwa ha ha ha! Dynoed it before he bought the car!
You, sir, are a liar. Where are those pics you promised us? I'd also like a picture of you, sitting in the car, holding up the registration and your driver's licence.
you don't even own an RX-7, do you?

Wouldn't surprise me if he said it was a Gazillion B. Also that it runs on water, and can fly upside down when he hits the nitrous dioxide (twice as powerful as regular nitrous oxide!!) button.
Only thing I would believe this guy telling me was that there was exhaust leaking into the cockpit...

zoom zoom go boom
If you honestly are going to get people to believe you, your gonna have to lie harder to kick it. Cause noone, noone and their momma, is gonna believe that dyno sheet. you only ran your ROTARY motor to 4000 on a dyno? Your fuel cut defencer kicks in at 4psi? BULLSHIT!! Even on a stock ECU the fuel cut is 8.6. And where the hell is all that torque comin from outta that rotary motor? Once again I say loudly "BULLSHIT!!!"

Hahahaha...this **** is funny.
I've seen a few dyno sheets from a TII and THAT is NOT a TII dyno sheet. If he claims he hit fuel cut, that curve at the top would be jagged as hell !! Even a minor power loss would show a series of big dips on the curve.
Now where the hell is that flag.... Oh..here it is

Lives on the Forum
My take on the whole thing, since MY NAME WAS PUT IN THE GODAMN SUBJECT.
You still haven't told us what kinda turbo was used on the engine.  A stock turbo does not produce a graph like that - I have seen too many stock turbo dyno pulls, and THAT is NOT a stock turbo 13BT run, even with a bridge port.  There is no secondary fuel injectors crossover present - for a 13BT to support that much horsepower, it needs to have 1,000cc/min fuel injectors in the PRIMARIES; the motor never hits the crossover since it normal cuts in at 3,600RPM - you DID say it was STOCK ECU, right?  Are you going to claim STOCK FUEL INJECTORS ALSO???
The dyno run was cut off before 4,000RPM, as many have pointed out.  Most rotary engines can push all the way to 6,000RPM at least.  I see ignition break-up at the top end, but at 3,600RPM?!??
With my dyno experience, this graph does not come from a 13BT.  The slopes are way off, and your excuses are unconsistent.  The dyno sheet has NO description on who it belongs to or what kind car set-up ran this thing.  To me, it looks like some V8 domestic engine that dyno sheet...

I can't believe you'd come here and try to pass that dyno sheet as being for a BP 13BT. How stupid do you think we all are?! Stop wasting every one's time and take your BS else where.

I didn't think that you were allowed to post a thread with someone's username in it...

The only things I can add to this is that my idle is at ~1650 according to the Haltech and ~1850 according to the factory tach.
And, even though my BP idle must be that high, with some load on the engine, it will pull from ~1300. He could have made a dyno run FROM that low rpm and lower than that shown on the dyno sheet.
I can't say anything about the remainder of the dyno sheet.
Here's my full BP TII at idle:
