i do.....had to modify the TB elbow al little since bolt holes didnt line up and i have no ps/abs/airpump/acv and my battery in the back, so for me it was a 1 hour install, works like a charm, very nice intake temps with a stock turbo at 14-15psi, gonna try it with gt35r in a month.

gonna look for a pic for you!

just use Corksports instructions if you really need them. FMIC is pretty self explanatory though...
also this has been covered

its the same idea. telling you what bolts and where they are, where to cut holes, to include a template. its a FMIC, itll be pretty much the same damn thing

I'm running a godspeed. It takes longer than an hour to install; cutting holes, mounting the intercooler, trimming the bumper. I'm not running AC, PS, or other non-race goodies and I still haven't moved my battery yet (need to though). The only problem is that it presses against the brake fluid reservoir. I hope that doesn't become a problem down the line. It sure looks great though!

cut some off the end of the pipe going into the TB adaptor. should move it enough from the master cyl. have someone who can weld aluminum throw a bead around it to keep it from popping off. or dent the pipe right where its hitting

i laughed to myself when i read his reply. it takes longer than an hour for most people to even get the front bumper off, another 2-3 hours cutting the holes for the piping, 1-2 hours trimming the bumper, an hour to mount everything, an hour to make adjustments to the piping trimming and drilling, an hour re-fitting the front bumper and half hour re-trimming it.

an hour to some is 6-8 hours for us in the real world. i have all the equipment and i don't think i could even half *** an install in less than 3 hours.

my car was on stands, and the bomex front was not mounted and it soes not need trimming, it mounts with "speedclips" so for me it is an 30 sec mount of front, cutting holes and removeing old tmic was the most time consuming but lol 3 hours to do two 100mm holes with a the kind of saw u put in the drilling machine, the round one... is like 5 min...its 1mm of thin metall not 2inches of titanium, i also had my brother as a helping hand, this was not stated in my original post my bad maybe but not a reason to flame anyone huh? i have also installed like 10 of this/the real greddy one so i knew what to do, i am seriously considering to make a youtube clip to show ya it can be done lol, and sorry OP pics will come as soon as its remounted since i am doing a haltech/ BW efr 83xx install atm

go ahead and do the youtube video, it never hurts to have more DIY videos.

and i figured there was some important details missing. take a complete stock car and attempt to do the install in less than 3 hours with a stock bumper still on the car, battery in the stock location and equipped with power steering.. good luck with that. if you think taking a stab at that 3 hour number would bother me, it is a realistic figure for even the shittiest performed labor when you consider working on a stock car, don't have your tools laid out in front of you ready to go, the car up on stands, the car stripped to just an engine with battery relocation and a bumper that doesn't require trimming.

don't forget sealing the bare metal holes and adding an insulator, well unless you like rust or the pipes wearing on the exposed metal.

but now i'm just going on about how little i know about doing a decent job. and most FCs always have meticulous work done to them, like an exotic italian hand built sports car.. yeah, sorry i was being faceatious. just because i fixed your underestimated time with realistic ones doesn't mean anything, not sure why you're getting all buttsad about it.

This reminds me of a thread on my work forums where other technicians claim they can install rather complicated equipment in like 3 minutes. "Yeah, I installed a remote start/keyless with actuators yesterday in 20 minutes!". Really?

Not bashing anyone, just saying what it reminds me of.

the problem is arguing about it, if you underestimate a job give specifics otherwise people are going to think it really only takes an hour to do, which it does not. most people are going to spend over a full day doing it right.
