Getting rid of the auto seat belt. Swap out to a seat harness bar?

Whats up guys i got a 89 that the bolts for the seats and the seatbelt auto tracks are rusted and rounded out .
First i hate the damn seat belts ,hit my head with it a couple of times already.
2nd the seats rails are rusted out . So im going to be adding aftermarkets seats so i wanted to add a Tekada seat harness to replace the oem seat belts . What seat harness bar do you guys use? Thanks
