Its a common misconception that you need to build the engine in these cars to make any power...its not a Honda. Its dumb when people build the hell out of the engine just to use a POS 1970s (used in 12As) stock turbo...turbo engineering has gone a long way since then, the stock turbo is good for NOTHING.

You could've bought an engine with good compression or gotten a cheap stock rebuild, threw a BNR Stage 3 with a nice EMS and got the power you wanted...looks like you should've stopped "copeing" parts and actually done some research. If you want to take the easy way out because you don't care to learn about big turbos and EMS's then by all means go the LS1 route.

First things first..

When you post a question asking for help, make sure people can read it. This includes the use or proper spelling and grammar.

Second, stock turbo is good for nothing when your trying to make 350HP. Research turbo setups for these cars. It will get you started on the right track.

San Francisco? Have we met? And honestly are 3mm seals worth it, I don't know. Can someone clarify it for me?

By the way, I read two lines into that post and got a headache.

I think the point is you can't get much help if we get headaches and seizures from reading your post which has the question you want people to answer..

It sounds like all you need is a new turbo. The cheapest route is the BNR upgrade:
http://bnrturbos.com/2ndGen.htm

Do you also have an upgraded fuel pump and larger fuel injectors? That could be part of your current problem because the stock fuel system is only good for about 250bhp, or less if the fuel pump wiring is corroded.

Yes, you could install an LS1, but that would require a lot of work, and it sounds like you are pretty close to being finished with your current rotary engine.

Yes, good suspension is expensive, but that would have been the case regardless of the engine choice.

if you're looking for this much power and you're going to be upgrading all these things, you've looked into an EMS right? haltech/microtech/rtek?
